I map an owner's processes, design the digital loop and personally bring it to launch. New Vision is not one service: it is a direction where data, AI and human control become a working system.
The core problem is not the lack of another app. The business relies on manual control, strong individual employees and data scattered across spreadsheets, chats and services.

Conversation context and the next step stay in one employee's head or disappear between channels.
SalesThe owner sees the financial picture after the moment for a decision has already passed.
FinancePeople repeatedly move data, check completeness and prepare the same working drafts.
OperationsA task was sent in chat, but its deadline, owner and output never became a controlled route.
ExecutionTo understand the real state, a manager has to manually collect it from several people.
ControlA standard chatbot does not know where a number came from, who owns the next step or whether an action requires approval. It remains another window next to the process.
Waits for a question → generates an answer → loses the operating context after the conversation.
Receives an event → reads permitted data → applies rules → proposes an action → waits for a person where it matters → records the result.
That is why I automate the operating route around AI, not just the conversation with it.
I am responsible for the whole loop, not a standalone bot: what we automate, where the data comes from, where AI decides and where a person remains in charge.
Map the current process, its owners, losses and the success criterion.
Define system boundaries, roles, data and the criteria used to verify its output.
Connect the required sources and return the result to the company's working tools.
Build rules, models, checks and exception paths around the real operation.
Keep critical actions, exceptions and accountability with the process owner.
Put the system into real work, observe it and remove bottlenecks.
Monitor quality, update the rules and expand the system after the pilot.
Value appears not when a model produces an impressive answer, but when the process becomes shorter, clearer and no longer depends on constant manual reminders.
Repeated checks, data transfer and draft preparation move into a controlled system loop.
The required context is ready at decision time, not after several requests to employees.
You can see where the data came from, which step was completed and where human approval is required.
Each product covers a different operating area, but follows the same principle: real data, a clear AI boundary and owner control. Statuses are stated honestly — no prototype is presented as a finished business.

A pilot is not a cut-down product or a promise of instant impact. It is a short loop with one process, one owner and one pre-agreed metric.
The process, metric and required access are agreed in writing.
Data, logic, interface and control scenarios.
Run on real examples and decide what happens next.
If a delay is my responsibility, the discount is 10% per full week, capped at 30%.
The clock starts after the scope and required data and access are agreed. Scope changes or client-side delays move the calendar.
Three short paragraphs are enough: what enters the process, what people do manually and what the business needs at the end.
